Representatives of the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak, Prof. Danijela Milošević and Prof. Vladimir Mladenović, visited Beijing Jiaotong University within the framework of a bilateral strategic project with the mentioned university, titled “Anomaly detection based on 5G EDGE computing for surveillance video.”

 

 

During the visit, the two deans, Prof. Danijela Milošević of the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak and Prof. Baigen Cai of the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, signed a cooperation agreement.

 

 

Members of the project team from Čačak had the opportunity to visit a number of laboratories at the university and become acquainted with the possibilities of expanding cooperation. During this occasion, discussions centered around initiatives involving student and staff exchange, as well as avenues for research collaboration.

 

 

Following the visit to the university in China, the Faculty of Technical Sciences Čačak was visited by the First Secretary of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Serbia, Ms. Shi Yi, and the Third Secretary of the Chinese Embassy, Mr. Li Rui, in order to make specific agreements for the continuation of cooperation.
